A: there are 7 glass fuses. You can't have those on the board if you want to get graded for the rest of the board's value.
note on A/B: I'm not sure there's enough gold fingers there for either to get GFC class; both can at least get high peripheral after you remove the steel brackets pointed out already. Those rivet like screws are quite annoying at times, be sure you use the appropriate size screwdriver or just cut the bracket as close as possible to the board.
C: I can't see this hitting high telco even if you cleaned off the copper/steel bearing components. Feel like you're at high peripheral as is and maybe hit low telco if you carefully remove the "junk". Interesting, there is a Dallas component that isn't a battery.
D: I think there's room for low peripheral if you wanted to remove the large square and one round components. But, those may have added value too so maybe no need. The PC 388C's, are those phone jacks? that's gold pins if so. The 3 switches may have precious metals as well as the boxes. A few ICs and gold fingers as well. Do remove the faceplate.
E: see earlier comment.
F/G: High peripheral, just pop the lid off the cable box.
